These are the available order rule actions for the WooCommerce NS8 Protectâ„¢ (formerly Complete Storefront Protection) implementation. These actions are configured on the Create Order Rule screen when building or modifying a rule.

  • Set Recommendation to 'investigate' - This action will change the NS8 Status field to 'Investigate' and also the Recommendation to 'Investigate'. This action will not automatically request SMS verification. The order will be placed on hold until you either Cancel or Approve the order.
  • Set Recommendation to 'cancel' - This action will change the NS8 Status field to 'Cancel' and also the Recommendation to 'Cancel'. The order will be placed on hold until you either Cancel or Approve the order.
  • Set Recommendation to 'accept' - This action will change the NS8 Status field to 'Accept' and also the Recommendation to 'Accept'. 
  • Set recommendation to 'investigate' and SMS check order - This action will change the NS8 Status field to 'Investigate' and also the Recommendation to 'Investigate'. This action will automatically request SMS verification. The order will be placed on hold pending SMS verification results, unless you either Cancel or Approve the order.
  • Approve Order - This action will change the NS8 Status field to 'Approved'. The order will be placed on hold until you either Cancel or Approve the order.
  • Cancel Order - This action will change the NS8 Status field to 'Cancel' and change. The order will be placed on hold until you either Cancel or Approve the order.
