Welcome to the NS8 Protect™ (formerly Complete Storefront Protection) Dashboard. From here, you will be able to see the different analysis cards and navigate to NS8 Protect's functions.

There are three main sections to the NS8 Protect Dashboard: the Navigation Bar, Scoring Cards, and Monitor Cards.

The Navigation Bar

Above the analysis tools of the dashboard, you can see the Navigation Bar with drop-down menus for navigation and NS8 Protect settings. Depending on the platform you are using, the Navigation Bar will have a different layout and menu items.

The Dashboard button will return you to the NS8 Protect Dashboard from anywhere within the application.

Scoring Cards

Below the Navigation Bar is the Status Bar. This contains four cards displaying the status of a website's performance monitors, traffic score, suspicious sessions, and suspicious orders.

1. Reputation Monitors Card

Displays the current status of NS8 Protect’s five monitors. A score of less than 100% means that one or more monitors is reporting a failure.

2. EQ8 Score Card

Displays the average EQ8 Score of your website’s traffic over the last 24 hours. A score above 700 is desired.

3. Suspicious Sessions Card

Displays the total number and the percentage of suspicious sessions from the last 24 hours.

4. Suspicious Orders Card

Displays the total number of recent suspicious orders.

5. Lowest Quality Campaigns Card

Displays the advertising campaigns that brought in the lowest quality traffic over the last 24 hours.

6. Latest Suspicious Orders Card

Displays the most recent orders flagged as suspect by either scoring below the EQ8 Score threshold or by violating an order rule.

7. Fraud Indicators Card

Displays suspect activity and flagged indicators of fraud over the last 24 hours.

8. Retargeting Fraud Card

Displays an estimate of advertising dollars saved by preventing suspect users from being tagged for remarketing over the last 30 days.
