The Fraud Indicators Card

How to read the Fraud Indicators Dashboard Score Card.

The Fraud Indicators Score Card displays a graph showing the risk factor for traffic that was considered invalid over the last 24 hours. The EQ8 Score threshold that determines if a user is suspect is determined with the "Valid vs. Suspicious Users" slider on the NS8 Protect Settings screen.

The graph uses the highest number of users active at one time as the highest value for the row labels. The columns labels indicate the time the session occurred broken down into five-hour increments.

Below the graph is status text indicating the number of suspect users compared to total website traffic over the last 24 hours.

By hovering your mouse over a point on the graph, a pop-up menu is displayed showing the count of sessions and risk factors for that hour on the graph, as illustrated below.
