This information helps you monitor the quality of the traffic visiting your website. A sudden decline in the average visitor score can indicate a problem. The problem could be with an advertising campaign or another change that is negatively impacting the storefront. Similarly, if you've made changes to improve website performance, like canceling a bad campaign, this scorecard can help determine whether those changes have had a positive effect.
To review the average score for a specific hour, hover over a point on the timeline graph. You can view and monitor hourly trends for the last 24 hours.
You can perform deeper analysis on the scores page. To view the scores page, in the upper-right corner, select the magnifying glass.
